Returns, Exchanges and Cancelled Orders

If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact us at info@coatsheda.com.au. If an order was paid via PayPal, Afterpay or another third-party gateway, cancellation fees may apply.

Faulty Items

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, CoatSheda accepts returns of faulty products purchased directly from our Website.

  • Faulty items must be reported within 6 months of purchase.

  • Faults are defined as products that are not of acceptable quality or do not function as intended.

Dispatch & Shipping

  • Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability.

  • Standard delivery timeframes: 3–5 business days within Australia once dispatched.

  • Shipping charges are standard $75 AUD and added to the total price on checkout for International Orders.
